Terms of Booking:
Please ensure you visit our website and read through the "Contraindications" of the particular therapy you are undergoing to determine if there is any reason why you may not be able to receive treatment. A full list is on our website, but in general, if you have any kind of contagious illness or skin disease; are prone to seizures; have any implants such as a pacemaker that are affected by magnets; are having any chest pain or shortness of breath; have undergone a recent surgery or have suffered a serious trauma, illness or medical condition; or have any other condition that could contaminate the facilities or cause harm, discomfort, or illness to yourself, your practitioner, or others on the premises, you CANNOT book an appointment, so please do not proceed without checking with your doctor and/or notifying your practitioner.
If it is determined after arrival that you cannot follow through with your appointment because of a health or other condition we indicated may preclude you from receiving treatment, your appointment will be counted as a last-minute cancellation.
If something comes up that you cannot make an appointment, please provide us with as much notice as possible so that we may try to fill your spot with another client who needs it.
Cancellation Penalties are as follows:
1-24 hours notice: $30 penalty to be paid before next appointment (or withheld from pre-payment). If we are able to fill your spot, no penalty applies.
Less than 1 hour notice/No-Show: $50 penalty to be paid before next appointment (or withheld from pre-payment).
Note: If you are using a coupon or certificate of any kind, cancellation penalties still apply. Any cancellation fees will need to be paid prior to redeeming your coupon or certificate.
We sincerely regret having to impose a cancellation fee of any kind. We totally understand that life happens and plans can change. However, we are independent practitioners who operate on an appointment-only basis, and last minute cancellations and no-shows result in a lot of lost revenue due to spots sitting empty that could have otherwise been filled with a paying customer had enough notice been given. Plus, a person has made time in their schedule to be there for you, and it is only fair there be at least some compensation for them doing so. Last but not lease, there are other people who may truly need the spot but had to be turned away because it was already promised to you.
We apologize for the inconvenience but hope you understand why we have a cancellation policy.
Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment and 5 minutes early for all subsequent appointments, as there may be some paperwork you need to fill out before your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a "no show" and will be cancelled, with applicable cancellation fees payable.
