Please note that 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. You can call and leave a message, text, email, use the "Contact Us" form on the website, respond to your confirmation email, or log-in and choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you have registered for an account. If you do not show up for your appointment or do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, cancellation penalties will apply. Note: Terms and conditions may have changed since the last time you visited, so please be sure to read through them carefully if you have not already done so.

Note: If you have recently dyed your hair and it is bleeding colour, have a high-risk pregnancy, are on medication for low blood pressure, have any kind of contagious illness or skin disease, suffer from moderate to severe vertigo/dizziness/fainting, are prone to seizures, have had chemotherapy within the last 2 months, are having any chest pain or shortness of breath, have any condition that causes a leaky bowel or bladder, or have any other condition or circumstance which could contaminate the float pod or cause harm, discomfort, or illness to yourself or other float clients, you CANNOT float. Please do not proceed.
IMPORTANT: If you are booking for 2 people, YOU MUST BOOK 2 FLOAT PODS. When possible book each appointment under the correct person's name (using their email address for their appointment if they have already been to the spa), but if you do not know the other person's contact or health information you can book both appointments under your name by changing the quantity to "2". When you receive your confirmation, if you have booked both pods under your name you will see your appointment time repeated twice, showing you have 2 appointments at that time. Note: If you didn't book 2 pods and show up to find the other pod reserved by someone else, it will count as a same-day cancellation if you do not use your pod because your guest cannot float too, so please make sure you book the correct number of pods. We do not permit two people to float in the same pod.
Ignore the "Code" field. That is only if you have purchased a promotional package online. Do not enter Groupon numbers, Gift Certificate numbers, or any other numbers in this field. If you have a certificate or voucher of any sort, just bring it with you to your appointment.
